The harmonious welfare of you and your dog(s) are all that matter to dencooke.com. Obviously, we will be disappointed but we will accept the feedback, learn from it and continue to raise the bar in all services we provide.
In addition, in the very unlikely event that dencooke.com has not provided you with a mutually agreeable and positive resolution, as a member of the Pets Professional Guild (UK) you have the right to raise your grievance direct with them. However, as stated above, we would welcome the chance to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have and we endeavour to work towards a mutually satisfying resolution.
